Benchmarking the RedShiftBio Apollo MMS System Performance Versus the First-Generation AQS3®pro

This application note details several refinements of The MMS technology in the form of a second-generation MMS instrument, the Apollo, which delivers improved data density alongside a roughly 50% reduction in sample consumption and analysis time. In addition, an upgraded buffer station is now available with the Apollo to improve experimental flexibility and double the sample capacity using a standard 96-well plate format.  The repeatability between Apollo and AQS3pro was examined and the improvements from AQS3pro to Apollo are summarized by showing how Apollo significantly boosts its efficiency and how it broadens the possibilities for testing a larger variety of samples with customizable volumes and data quality requirements.
