As presented at Biologics UK 2022, Dr. Rob Forbes discusses the increased measurement sensitivity and reproducibility of Microfluidic Modulation Spectroscopy (MMS) over standard techniques for secondary structure determination. A case study in which potential formulations are ranked for aggregation and particle formation quality attributes using MMS is presented, and the way in which MMS analyzes high concentration moieties in complex backgrounds is also highlighted.
