Characterization of Protein Secondary Structure and Aggregation Utilizing Microfluidic Modulation Spectroscopy
May 2, 2022
The AQS³pro and Apollo systems, built upon Microfluidic Modulation Spectroscopy, are automated infrared platforms optimized to determine a biomolecule's structure in a complex buffer and at formulation concentration. These instruments combine a 24 or 96-well plate, a quantum cascade laser, built-in automation, and a microfluidic flow cell to produce highly precise, higher-order structure measurements for the determination of stability, aggregation, lot-to-lot similarity, and formulation optimization of biomolecules.
