This webinar was given by Matthew Sousa of the Boston Institute of Biotechnology highlighting a comparative of titer analysis from ELISA and HPLC versus HaLCon of an FC fusion protein and two IgG1 antibodies.

The results proved the HaLCon instrument, which utlizes a compact liquid chromotograhy Protein A cartridge, gave matched results to HPLC while performing better than ELISA.

The results further concluded that the Halcon instrument gave the best accuracy and preicision while demonstrating the best ease of use and lowest cost of use.
